Don Quixote’s Kingdom is waiting for the necessary permissions in order to start building what will be the first Harrah’s Casino in Europe. It will be a casino, hotel and golf club, but also a group of luxurious houses and apartments. If Harrah’s, the world’s biggest gambling operator, manages to fit all legal requirements soon, the construction would start at the end of this year.

The hotel and casino project, that will look like the Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, will have 850 rooms and an auditorium for 3000 people. It will be built over a 117,000 m2 surface, and will cost almost 567 million euros (60% from Harrah’s and 40% from the Kingdom of Don Quijote).

Some rumors say that Harrah’s would be one of the possible buyers of Warner Bros.’s thematic park shares, in San Martín, Valdeiglesias, that has already been offered for sale.
